In the long Greek summers, the cafes are populated by the old skilled fishermen that come to have a game of Tavli (Backgammon) while sipping a restoring Greek coffee after a long day of work, our recipes come from these cafes, where we sat down at the table with these wise man that enriched us with all their stories about their lives dedicated to the sea.
